Tucson Luxury Homes-A Growing Market

Real estate executives who sell luxury homes are optimistic about the affluent market with 55% expecting to see either strong or modest growth within the high-end housing sector. A recent study by Architectural digest and Sotheby’s International found that 36% of affluent families planned to invest in housing despite the collapse of the market in the lower priced markets.

There is no market that I know better than Tucson luxury home real estate. Currently, growth is this area is centered mainly in Marana around the dove Mountain Community and Saguaro Ranch. Both of these are great communities with more and more amenities, shopping areas and attractions being put in all the time.

However, we are also seeing some remodeled luxury homes and those that need remodeling on the market in the Tucson Foothills. Skyline Country Club and Golf Club is undergoing major renovation. As one of Tucson’s oldest and also most respected country clubs, there are many choices currently on the market in the Tucson luxury home market there.
